In-season: Late May through mid Sept at $2500 per week. (The entire summer season for $25,000).

Off-season, $175-250/night (3 nights min).

Deposit of $200 (a personal check is OK for the deposit - when you leave the home in the same condition upon which you arrived, we'd simply tear-up or send you the check back).

Policies

Absolutely no smokers allowed - Children and pets by negotiation (because of safety issues). Four adults max. Full payment (plus a deposit) will be required prior to you entering the home.
